Monday, April 26, 2021

The first iris of the year. Looking forward to the multicolored blooms that will follow soon. My $200 investment from last year is sprouting profilically.

Sunday, April 25, 2021

A delightful garden nursery that we visited today, meeting the very friendly and knowledgeable owner, George. We came away with the back of Stanley loaded with perennials and bedding plants, and a promise to return soon.

Seen at a flea market today. Why would anyone cover a guitar with sea shells?

Tuesday, April 13, 2021

I found my little people, who I used many years ago for a photo shoot. I’ll have to incorporate them in some more photos before I forget where they are kept. Again.

Monday, April 12, 2021

Elliott spotted Chonk Senior in the garden looking for snacks, but he’s still evading the trap. Soon...

Sunday, April 11, 2021

I guess we can’t use the garden rake for a while as we spotted this nest under the back porch today. Not sure who’s moved in but we’ll give them their space and welcome the new additions.

Saturday, April 10, 2021

Elliott getting ready to plant some new additions in the canoe. Carolina rose, red hot pokers, bee balm and lavender for starters. Bedding plants in a few weeks.

Friday, April 9, 2021

Started work this morning with this bombshell. Our beloved Prince Phillip has died, an incredible man, who served our country as a war hero, worked actively with many charities and organizations, and was a devoted husband and pillar of rock to our beautiful Queen. God rest his soul,  and help Her Majesty through the hardest time of her life.

Recovering from PT with an ice pack on my leg while my therapy guy, John, stands in the corner, reviewing my chart and doing his Jerry Seinfeld impression.
