Waiting for my acorn squash to cook. I don't like savory things made sweet so no sugar for mine. These are cooking with a smear of hazelnut oil, garlic, sage and thyme, then will be sprinkled with grated sharp cheddar, sea salt and coarse pepper when they emerge. My mouth is watering while writing this!

With today's blustery and rainy weather, it seemed a perfect opportunity to knock up a leek, potato and turkey soup with blue cheese crumbled over the top. Delicious!
