With the economy at a ludicrous high, bottles of spring water are nearly $2 in the store, yet this great company in town lets you fill up gallon containers with filtered spring water for 25c. And it’s delicious!

This alien looking plant is the seed pod of a moon flower. I’ll be checking these while they dry out. I’m guessing the ‘spikes’ are to deter birds from eating the seeds, as apparently, cardinals love them.

Many people on social media have been reporting bad harvests this year. Here’s my first crop of tomatoes, the worst ever, and I’m not sure if there’ll be any more.

Worked with the tree wardens today. I cleared this tree of suckers, sprouts, English ivy, Virginia creeper and poison ivy.
