Another damn groundhog that Elliott caught red handed chowing down on the zinnias. We need to step up our game, this is war!

At the dentist for a cleaning, with my root canal X-Ray on full display.

Saturday, June 26, 2021

Elliott and I went on a garden tour today. At one of them we fell in love with this clematis, Gravetye Beauty.

Friday, June 25, 2021

Driving into the sun and towards work. I found out today my commute is 57 miles each way. Out of everyone at work I drive the furthest.

Thursday, June 24, 2021

Not the Black Swan from LOST but the Blue Swan, likely heading to FroRo for the weekend.

Wednesday, June 23, 2021

A shirt, after being printed, coming down the belt from the dryer.

Tuesday, June 22, 2021

An Armageddon sky as I approached work this morning. The storms rolled in soon after.

Monday, June 21, 2021

The best thing that could happen on a Monday, a beer delivery!

Sunday, June 20, 2021

Fathers Day for Elliott’s dad and his brother, Roger.

Saturday, June 19, 2021

Getting the table ready for lunch with Elliott’s parents, and his bother and girlfriend.

Friday, June 18, 2021

The back porch looks wonderful, and ready for Elliott’s family when they visit tomorrow.

Thursday, June 17, 2021

1.5 hour commute to work this morning as an accident had occurred on 66. I never get annoyed at the hold up, am always grateful it wasn’t me, and hope those involved weren’t hurt.

Tuesday, June 15, 2021

Another mural painted in FroRo. This one goes down the whole length of the building, it’s very dramatic and eye catching.

Monday, June 14, 2021

A lady crashed her car into a flooring store, right next to our showroom. Luckily, no injuries. Felt a little bad that her accident meant a welcome break from work for us.

Sunday, June 13, 2021

Elliott and I spent 2 hours today, removing an old fan and installing a new one. A first for both of us and it works beautifully.

Saturday, June 12, 2021

Waiting for Elliott to come upstairs and start the movie, Moulin Rouge, but there’s some t-shirts, designated for the ceiling, to be removed from the tv screen.

Wednesday, June 9, 2021

Beautiful flowers from Elliott and a care package from Sally. Makes my hectic midweek easier to endure!

Tuesday, June 8, 2021

A beautiful sunrise this morning.

7 June 2021

Saw this in the parking lot, and, at first glance, thought it was an alien from the movie, The Martians.

Sunday, June 6, 2021

Elliott has almost completely cleared the ivy that flowed over the fence and over these flower beds. A few hours work of us pulling roots today and planting a few perennials has the side of the garden looking so much better.

Saturday, June 5, 2021

At the plant sale today we managed to get up close and personal with some of the Brood X cicadas. They were flying everywhere but this chap stopped to say hello.

Friday, June 4, 2021

Very obviously saying, “What?” Rosie Lee had Elliott and I worried sick, thinking she’d escaped and was roaming the streets. She didn’t come when called, numerous times. We’d searched every nook and cranny of the house with flashlights, plus gone out driving, looking for her. 3 hours later, she appeared in the house, and we have no idea where she had been hiding. But we’re so glad she’s safe, even if she is a very naughty girl. And yes, she got treats. And cuddles.

Thursday, June 3, 2021

An icy glass of water, thanks to Elliott, bringing me ice to chill my drink as I wrote my blog.

2 June 2021

Outside work we have sparrow, grackle, and here, starling families hopping about, the babies nearing independence as they grow as large as their parents.

Tuesday, June 1, 2021

A longhorn and her posse of goat buddies, seen driving home from work.
