Some excitement at a neighbor’s house. Plenty of police but no action so that’s a good thing.

Monday, June 29, 2020

The early morning sun illuminated my arrows, making them appear as though lit up from inside. I had to stand and admire for a few minutes.

Sunday, June 28, 2020

One of my favorite wildflowers in full bloom along the roadsides, and hopefully, along the edges of my front garden next year, chicory.

Saturday, June 27, 2020

These have bacon, cheese and onions in them. Delicious. My new party food.

Friday, June 26, 2020

Nancy Pelosi wearing a mask today that we printed yesterday.

Thursday, June 25, 2020

A heavy rain this evening to water the garden, followed by a double rainbow. From my kitchen door step.

Wednesday, June 24, 2020

My tray full of vintage and foreign coins. One day I need to research exactly what I have in here.

Sunday, June 21, 2020

A confederate statue in Luray covered up. It was vandalized on Monday and cleaned up the same day. Thankfully, no such desecration in Front Royal. So far...

Saturday, June 20, 2020

Mount Marshall just visible through the rain clouds on the Skyline Drive.

Friday, June 19, 2020

Marty, the spill spotter robot at our local grocery store, looked good with his mask on today.

18 June 2020

A beautiful view on the way home after collecting my free range eggs.

Wednesday, June 17, 2020

Coming up with a solution for a client’s misprints, a logo that was approved and apparel printed, before controversy demanded the logo be changed yet again. We may end up with thousands of supplier printed shirts to correct.

Tuesday, June 16, 2020

Squash, cabbage and Brussels sprouts doing well in the back garden.

Sunday, June 14, 2020

An interesting house front near Strasburg today. The owner drove away, waving at me, in his truck as I took photos.

Saturday, June 13, 2020

Dewey, on the right, and his brother in their superb band, Aftershock, played tonight at the Beer Museum.

Friday, June 12, 2020

Wegmans grocery store, known for its variety of products, sent me to this aisle when I was looking for bug spray. Just one choice, with deet, (yuck), and stuck in among the rat poison and fire starters. I didn’t buy.

Thursday, June 11, 2020

It was so hot and humid in the production area today, who could blame Celso sitting down as he waited for the shirts to come through the dryer.

Wednesday, June 10, 2020

A strange sky on the way to work. We were under dull foggy clouds but could see the sun shining above them.

Tuesday, June 9, 2020

This monstrosity arrived at work today, a dog toy, called a Dognald. It made a squeaking noise that resonated with a fart. Understandable. Jose Louis took it home for his woofer, hope it doesn’t make him sick.

Monday, June 8, 2020

I noticed this house on Rte 66 as I neared work. Those poor owners, only a few feet away from the interstate, with no fencing and large machinery plus heavy traffic only a few feet away. They must be suffering a lot of sleepless nights until this is resolved.

Sunday, June 7, 2020

A pretty doorway in Strasburg where I met up with Urbexia for a couple of hours, the first time I’ve seen my DC friends since the pandemic began.

Saturday, June 6, 2020

Somebody had sat in front of this fire and enjoyed wonderful views. I almost wished it was cold so I could have a go too. On Strickler Knob.

Friday, June 5, 2020

Driving into Front Royal, the rain clouds were still hanging below the mountains after the storm.

4 June 2020

Torrential rain with thunderstorms and lightning through the evening and night. So glad the plants got a good soaking but poor little Rosie Lee was petrified and pressed against me under the covers as we slept.

Tuesday, June 2, 2020

I made a detour on the way home to see this beautiful view of where The Battle of Cedar Creek took place in Middletown.

Monday, June 1, 2020

Tricksie Treat waiting on her evening snack, and sitting close to me so I don’t forget.

31 May 2020

Came across this not to far from home. Some guys were scoping it out for a music video so I’ll return later with my camera.
