I stopped at DeBaggios for some organic herb and veggie plants on the way home from work, and was amazed when a guy called Carter approached me as he recognized me from my blog. I've never had this happen before and felt bashful yet delighted at the same time. A lovely moment!

Arrived home to another parcel from Mum containing Marmite crisps, aniseed balls, lots of newspaper cuttings and postcards, and these sticks of rock. I'll likely share these but the rhubarb and custard one is mine!

Pretty pansies at an organic plant nursery near work that I had no idea was there until I found out one of my friends works there. Roll on end of April when there's little chance of frost and I can buy some plants.

Picked up the mail from Saturday and found this inside from the Wildlife Center of Virginia. What an unexpected joy to see this dear little fox with such a sweet note. They have ensured a Christmas donation will be coming from me!
